Not for Emergencies
This automated system is for scheduling and general service inquiries. If you have a gas leak, electrical hazard, fire, or other life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately rather than relying on text or web contact.
No Guarantee of Delivery
Text and call delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions outside our control. We don’t guarantee that every message will be delivered or received in a timely manner.
